In Atlanta, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Georgia on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

Atlanta is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Atlanta is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Georgia's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

My husband and I used to come here all the time years ago and the food and service were always good. The food is still good but customer service sucks. We went today and our server was busy talking to someone at the bar and rarely came to check on us. Never refilled our drinks. We had to ask someone from the kitchen to bring us a to go box after we had already asked him.

genuinely the worst pizza slices I've ever had in recent memory. I wish I took a photo but it was too dark but it really was for the lack of better words, deeply unsatisfactory. I do not write negative reviews often, but I went out of my way to support a local business over going to dominos or Papa John's and they missed the mark completely!! How can the crust be so dry when it just came out of the oven??! How can the center be cold and the cheese/sauce look like it's been sitting out for hours? May I inform you I paid $18 for 2 slices and pasta (the pasta was mediocre). For $18 I could've fed a village with Dominos, extremely disappointed with this, heard good things about them, guess I was misguided.

I always have a delicious meal at Grant Central Pizza & Pasta! I have been three times now and highly recommend doing the build your own pasta with the creamy pesto sauce. However, the service depends… as others have mentioned, there is a human equivalent of a sea urchin who works at this establishment. She is not friendly nor helpful, and genuinely seems bothered doing her job at all times. However, the male serves are all very friendly and helpful! So hopefully you are attended by one of the male employees and you will have fantastic experience! Food is great though and it’s a super cute local spot :)

Gave this place a try for the first time today. The pizza was good, but unfortunately the service was not. The girl at the bar tonight (don’t know her name, she definitely didn’t introduce herself) wasn’t welcoming at allβ€”no greeting, no thank you or you’re welcome when we told her thank you for giving us our order, no goodbye. Overall the place had a pretty uninviting vibe. We love supporting local spots, but the overall experience just didn’t feel good, so we probably won’t be back.

This place was great! We came with the kids and grandkids after going to the zoo. Our server Jess was super attentive without being pushy. The food was excellent and fairly priced. I had a house salad and a calzone. Both were fantastic. My wife had the vegetarian lasagna, also excellent. The slices were cut special for the grandkids. The pasta was fresh and tasty. I’ll definitely be back.
